New Heritage Controls approved for Boroondara

The Minister for Planning and Local Government, Mr Maclellan, has approved Amendment L35 to the Boroondara Planing Scheme which will provide heritage protection to 23 sites within the City.

All of the affected sites were identified as having heritage significance under the Camberwell Conservation Study 1991 and have had interim protection since October last year. The properties are:

Balwyn:

Balwyn North:
